Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At [BinKanwal], customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent return and refund process for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across Pakistan.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong item, size, or color was delivered.
- The product is significantly different from the description provided on our website.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless received damaged or incorrect.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds cannot be issued back to a payment card.
Approved refunds will be processed through:
- Bank Transfer
- EasyPaisa
- JazzCash
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For size changes or customer preference exchanges, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under our standard return policy.
